Robert, I do not believe that I input things correctly when I set up Pushover for swarm calls.  Is there a time when I can talk with you about what I did?

The app is called "Pushover", but there's a little more to it than that -- anyone using it should be sure to read the entire "Getting instant notifications on your phone" section of this page:


That said, the issue you're describing (where Gmail puts messages in the Promotions or Spam folder) is in some ways a different problem. If you just want to stop that from happening, the same page has a different section called "Filtering swarm list messages in Gmail" that will help with that, no app necessary.

(I know that page is annoyingly dense with words and explanations, but it does hold the solution to most problems people report with getting swarm list notifications!)
