Caller was able to send a pic. At least 20' up she said. Definitely a jet pack situation. Sigh. I'm sure there are bait hives all around in Berkeley.

Passerby called to report a swarm in the air settling on a tree on Hilgard. She is allergic so not getting close, no pic, sorry. She said they are very high up, at or above the level of the telephone wires. She said there was another person on the ground watching them and on the phone so keep an eye out for duplicate postings. We may get a second call on this one.
