Too bad, I was working bees about 4 blocks away! Can't cruise the internet and work the bees at the same time, but could've responded to a phone call.. I am in WC about 4 days a week these days as my colonies are out there now.

Bill Donnelly in Walnut Creek is reporting a large soccer ball swarm that originally was on the wheel base of his garbage bin.  Since the garbage truck came, a slightly smaller kid's soccer ball was flying around and has now converged on curb near garbage bin.  Who can go?  (Pictures will be sent out once I receive them).
