    The comb looks big, like for a colony got established at least six
    months ago, 
    maybe even last year.   
    
    I didn't see a lot of bees. Perhaps it's even abandoned comb. 
    
    I said, at 30 feet up,  I didn't think it was recoverable without
    renting a man-lift or 
    building a tower of scaffolding. 
    
    Only recently noted by residents.  
    I said, if they hadn't noticed the bees over the last six month,
    they have nothing to worry about going forward.
