They reported these bees in June once already and didn’t take anyone up on the extraction. Was someone able to find out what the issue was? Have the bees been unsuccessfully sprayed? Was there a financial constraint? Landlord issue? 
Hoping this gets resolved this time around. 
If there is a financial issue and not just a stubborn landlord etc issue, I don’t mind helping. I’m out of town to the 11th but can come by after that if no one else is able.
