Can someone near downtown Hayward take a look.at this tree? It might be a bee-tree or yellowjackets

It's in the Parking Strip.  You don't have to call to get a look. 
He didn't say which way the bees were coming out of the trunk, and was vague about
how high on the trunk the entrance was. 
The aggressive attitude he mentioned hints yellowjackets, but they don't usually use trunks.

Are the bees coming out of trunk?  Out of the ground?  I don't think there's a swarm there.
They Bother caller who parks there 
 
iNaturalist says it's a Carob tree.  The trunk kinda looks like olive. Olive trees with bees are difficult. 


If you take a look, let us know so we don't have others making unnecessary trips.


I don't think there's a swarm to be collected. 

Once I get some good feedback, I can explain the situation to the caller.
