We have tree a couple bock away with a fairly large colony , been there for at least 20 years ,most likely more . the neighbors instead of being negative put a bright yellow sign Bees , no one has come to complaint to have them removed , the entrance face the sidewalk about a foot off the ground , we I walk my dogs they seat and watch them {one of them is a bee catcher rather fun to see him in action}love to post a video but for some reason I cannot .
