Judy is a very nice older lady, owner of Towne Center Books in Pleasanton downtown, one of few remaining independent bookstores.  It’s out in her front yard and there are cones out to warn pedestrians.

The branch is ~90 inches long and 12 inches in circumference on the wide side it splits into 2 smaller cut limbs.  The believe the entire limb can be removed by 2 strong male beekeepers.  Or someone with chainsaw can cut it out.  I don’t have chainsaw so I’ll pass on this one.  See additional pics.
