This one seems more like a swarm. They don’t seem to be entering the structure and have been there over a day. The owners said the same spot attracted a swarm 5yrs ago that was swarm collected without them moving in. 

If someone wants to repost as a swarm I think that could be fruitful. Attached is a pic of the swarm.
