    interested in swarm list emails. but
    overwhelmed by the volume, and
    aren't actually interested in chasing...  (not making claims)
    
    Change to "Digest" mode and get all the traffic in a single email
    per day.  No longer overwhelming

For anyone else who might have trouble unsubscribing in the future, the web page mentioned at the bottom of each list message has the email address of a person you can contact directly for help. It's better to do that than to send a message to the list itself, which goes to hundreds of people.
