Arrived according to caller 2 weeks ago! I cannot see comb but there must be lobes of comb built already under the bees.  Caller is a neighbor handling renting the house for owners.  She will call owner to get permission to cut limb to make it possibly easier to remove colony if whomever claims this swarm wants to cut the limb.  I am not treating this as an extraction since there is no structure involved.

Who can take this on?
