This is not a call for someone to collect a swarm, but just asking someone to put in time and materials, to divert the flight path of the swarm that has moved into the pole, as a public service.

Elinor suggests that, if someone can do it, to screen the bottom entrance and divert the flight pattern higher up.  

This pole is in front of 3700 Young Ave, Oakland.  Would greatly appreciate it if someone in our swarm chasing community could take on this project.
