If they're inside a tree stump near the playground, then they've been there for a while.  We've had reports on that tree stump earlier this year.  It's located near the playground and the tennis courts.  Since they're inside the tree hollow, we left them alone

I see lots of bees going in and out of the tree.  It’s 4-5ft. The tree is located by the Playground.
