Bees in 2nd story gutter in San Ramon - cut out?

I'm going to treat this like an extraction, but it should not require contractor skills. Bees (we think -- I have a long video taken from far away of the flight pattern I can send you off the list) have moved into a covered gutter at the second floor roof level. The Terminex guy called it in, and he thought they were honey bees but couldn't be sure.

I told her it might cost something, or not, but might not be too expensive. If you are interested contact her directly to make arrangements to go look at it. She does not have a ladder that will reach so you'll need your own.
