Caller said she heard a lot of bees in a street tree at 1041 Warfield.  Tree was blooming so could be feeders.  She did not see a swarm but it might be coalescing.  If anyone is in that area and willing to drop by to see what’s up it might turn out to be a swarm.  Caller could not go back to check as She was at work.

Anyone available to check just go and do that.  Not treating as a true swarm call!
