Bees on the wall seem to be going into the vent.

If the owner doesn't turn on (the right) fan, and take measures, they'll 

get themselves moved in.

The phone call came from a neighbor (Brenden 209 305 1563) who promised to
notify the unit where the bees are.

I don't know if the Unit is responsible, or the HOA or Apartment 

management.

So some sleuthing may be necessary.
