You’re using gmail. There’s an unsubscribe button on the top right. 

If for some reason that doesn’t work you can create a rule directing all emails from 
swarm-list [at] alamedabees.org to the trash via settings. 

In all instances, though, having signed up for an email list you regretted is perhaps not as dire a situation as it may seem. Back to the bees for those of us who enjoy them.
