Boxed in corner of second-story roof.  Tile roof, but possibly not 

relevant if the bees are inside

the boxed in cavity.

Gnarly because of location.
Likely to require a "Man-Lift" to do the job

Can't block the common driveway.

I have some pictures I can share, but they don't say that much more 

about the situation.
