Homeowner hears bees buzzing in chimney and has had 40 bees come down chimney 
into their room and die on the window ledge before they screened the hearth 
entrance off. They also see bees around the chimney box from outside the 
building.

Can someone call Jackie and help her out with more information than I could 
give her or make an arrangement to go and help. She understands that a cost 
will be involved for a visit. I told her that it isn't clear if she has a 
scouting situation or a swarm but she could try spraying some incense and smoke 
up there while her husband looks outside to see how many start leaving. However 
that doesn't seem like enough so if someone can call her tonight up to 10pm or 
tomorrow morning, that would be so helpful.

Better to message before calling as cell reception is spotty and she can miss 
calls.
