Clark Pest confirmed they're honey bees in juniper bushes, according to the owner, they've been there for over a week.. According to Google map, the junipers are really thick and spread out.  The junipers are next to the sidewalk.  The owner doesn't have a picture.

Once claimed, you must be able to leave within 30min of claiming and come back after dusk to collect the entire swarm.
