Kitchen vent sounded a bit like scouts so I gave him a call and we discussed.
Pretty confident they’re scouts. A dozen bees inside but no traffic now. Advised him to plug the vent for the time being and see about screening it off.

Caller has bees entering from kitchen vent and is very nervous as there are about a dozen bees in his kitchen. He understands there will be a cost involved.
Please call him directly asap to arrange an assessment and bid.
