I'm treating this one like a swarm, since it's a freebie

It might possibly only have scouts.
The bbl was there when they moved in, and they're not attached.  OK if
it goes on permanent vacation.

Got a truck, and some helpers?

Best advice is to drill a hole above the bottom head to let water drain
out before attempting to move it.

Don't tip over and roll. Keep orientation the same all the way through
the move.

Then the option is to slice it in half to get the swarm out, or
release the bands at the top AFTER screwing a board to the head boards
to hold them together.
Release the staves, and pry the head out.

The swarm is less than 48 hours old,  unless it's still just scouts.

The owner can't tell.
