Update on this one: spoke with her and they've headed out, heading north. She's got a bit of time so is going to do a bit of a survey of eaves, lemon trees, and all those other favorite locations and will call back if they're spotted again. Told her to keep her eye out for any statues of the Virgin Mary, too.
