Jim Novosel came over and attempted to collect them. The problem is that they are 20' up and there is a branch in the way so it's not possible to get a straight shot with the bucket on the pole, even using a 6' ladder. We were working in my yard, but the cluster hangs over my neighbor's yard and she is not happy.
My other colony is very defensive and we were surrounded by guard bees. We left a nuc box with dark comb up at the top of the ladder and hope they will move down off the tree.
