Ok it is a good 18 feet up. A long pole and bucket would do it.  Flat roof and the homeowner is ok with you brining a ladder and going on the roof. If you have a pole bucket that wouldn't reach directly underneath, 


you could go on the roof and try a lateral grab. It's about 6 feet to the right of the roofline.
