A hive I manage in Oakland near the Mormon Temple swarmed Saturday.  It decided to stay in the yard on their outdoor furniture and I picked it up today.  About 3 frames of bees. Didn’t see the queen but I installed them at my house and I’m feeding them. I’ll wait for them to settle and go through to look again.
