Hi Arif,

Please be thoughtful about repeatedly emailing the whole swarm-list about the same posting, or postings assigned to others.
In a couple of weeks the swarm list would be totally unmanageable if every posting generated five unnecessary reply emails.
Members would be tearing out their hair.  Members ask to be dropped off the list because of too many emails.

If Someone is ahead of you making a claim, and they Get the information assigned to them,
you won't get it no matter how many emails you send.  So please save yourself some typing by holding off on unnecessary replies.

If you are interested in tagging along as part of your training,  make Direct contact with the person who claims the swarm.
Please don't spam the whole email group with your request.
