Nawar, the swarm list Is managed by volunteers. They don't get paid.
The person that answers the call based on the time stamp on the server for the list. It is up to them to make the determination to who the swarm will go to.
Be patient this looks like it will be a record year for swarms. Personally I prefer to wait a few weeks when there is less competition.  Also after a time they will be begging us to take them.
This list is set up to rescue the honey bees.
Hang in there. There will be plenty.
