The swarm was out of reach for her, so I think she was willing to have a beek with a long reach collect it.

Now that it's in her yard again, she's rethinking her options.
If she had losses, she'll probably split to make them up, rather than splitting to give them away.
Or maybe she'll build them up and sell them herself.

So really I don't know one way or the other. 
She has my number if she decides she needs our help.
