She says the access is from inside, which is an apartment. It's an old building, the walls may be plaster. Or possibly sheetrock that replaced the plaster. She has someone who will close it up again after you've done the work.

Someone from the SF club came out but couldn't figure out where the colony is living in the wall, perhaps because the tenant has stuff up against the wall. She will ask him to move that stuff, and he will be away this weekend if you want to come look at it then.
