Jon, the friend, has left. But he can pay if you want to charge.  This falls 
under community service, perhaps. His old friends are disabled and the city 
told them to clean up their yard.

You can call a resident: Ashley Sarver, to make arrangements to get in too look 
at it 510-882-2557

And call Jon about cost.

Once the heatwave breaks, should be easier. Anyone up for this?
