She knows this will involve a cost. She got one bid already but is hoping for another one. We had a long discussion about how this is skilled work and she will need to pay.

Bees are entering under the house where that stone is. Her contractor will move that stone so that you can get underneath and remove the bees, and then seal it up afterwards so a new swarm doesn't move in. So no actual construction is needed, just removal.
