No swarms here. I looked through the trees and there were some good number of foraging bees but that’s it. The people living there just noticed more bees on their trees and assumed there was a swam but never actually saw one. :(
Anyhow - native and honeybees really seem to like whatever these flowers are:

FYI I was able to talk to the owner and he confirmed that the bees are still there but he’s in SF 🤷♂️. On my way - hopefully they really are 🤞
