Swarm Trap Needed, I think, in Pleasanton - it's complicated

Bees were removed from a decorative pillar in the back yard.
The holes were plugged with foam.
Our member who got those bees is now traveling internationally, so can't get back to this case.
There's a deadline too.

Apparently the pillar is being scouted Again.
I suggested some bee repellent.
The caller, Al, suggested also  setting up a box to attract the scouts and the colony, hopefully.

Are you up for this adventure?  (and live fairly close by)
It will involve inspecting the pillar again to make sure the bees aren't finding a way in,
and leaving a bait hive until either scouting stops,
or until a colony moves in,
or until the Baby Shower in a week or so.
That's the deadline/emergency for the Clement family.

The address is on Ashton Court in Pleasanton.

Call Al at 925-518-3494
he can text you a picture. Definitely honey bees.

Al thought it might be the same bees returning.
I explained that it's common for places with the smells of a successful colony
to be scouted by another colony, so they are definitely not the same bees.
