Two water meters right next to each other. Located across the street from the caller, who is allergic. He told his neighbors who are in the houses that the water meters serve that he would try to get some help.

If in the water meters may be drawing comb from the lid. You can probably take the whole lid and return it.

Neighbors are elderly. This is sort of a public service. I have water meter bees and the colony is still going strong 4 years later.
