Ill volunteer to take a newbee out and show you the ropes for this one. Youll need foundationless frames (just pop the plastic foundations out) and a bunch of rubberbands. Like Jerry said, it doesn't have to be a today thing, so we'd have time to coordinate.
Also a really good option for any top bar hive people.
Regards,
Andrew Cain
Because this doesn't involve deconstructing any buildings, I'm treating
it like a swarm.
This is a good opportunity to gain experience with "extracting"
The bees already built some comb, so be prepared with some
foundationless frames and rubber-bands
to put the comb into.
Please claim promptly, even if you can only do this "later". The bees
aren't going anywhere,
and I'd like to get free of it.
