I just checked it out. At this point it’s an extraction, which I don’t do. Bees have been there for a few days annd are coming in around a pipe, where the foam sealant is. It’s about 8-10 feet up but the owner has ladders if anyone is interested. I explained that there will likely be a cost, which the owner is fine with as she is quite anxious. She is expecting a call back to see if someone can help her or she needs to talk to an exterminator.  See pictures below
