It might be possible to scoop them with a 12 oz plastic soft-drink cup
Once you get the queen in your catch box, the rest of the bees will follow.,
Don't disrupt them or the bees might hide the queen somewhere you'll never get her out of.
Best, IMO to let them walk in on their own.
