Since it's inside the park, I don't know what the protocol is.  You'll probably have to contact the park ranger to get permission.  I'll forward the location when you have the ok.

10ft up an oak tree, basketball size... Caller said they arrived at around 5pm yesterday, the park doesn't have signal so she's not able to call until this morning.  She's worried about the crowd this weekend and hope they can be rescued before someone bothers them
