Someone in the house is allergic

It seems they've been told by an arborist that the tree needs
a cable between the two main trunks,
and the caller is concerned they won't do the work if there are bees active.

-could do the work on a cold day in winter, perhaps
- could loan the arborists bee veils and jackets. They'll probably have 
their own work gloves.
