Swarm at Bristol and Pontiac in North San Leandro. Came across them on my way home. I spoke to the neighbors and checked it out from a couple yards. Personally I was not comfortable trying to get them, as it is maybe 30ft up and on the property line hanging over the gararge on thr right in the picture. I put a box out hoping they find it appealing. If anyone is more adventurous let me know and I can provide further details. The neighbors whose tree it is in didn't give me a ph# but weren't too concerned and let me freely poke around the yard and were fine with me posting it.
