"If you claim a swarm be sure you can leave immediately to get them. Call the person who reported it to let them know you are on your way. If you can’t go right away, someone else is a better choice to get those bees because swarms can move on.
Collecting a swarm is two parts. Get them in the box, then go back after dark to pick it up. Before making a claim, be sure you are available to return"
