Can anyone help Alicia at 3937 Riverbend Terrace, phone 510 299 5399 who is finding bees in her living room and sees bees around an upper garage window. Included here is a photo of a bee which I would argue is a carpenter bee but maybe you say bumble bee.
She is told it may require professional help to deal with a difficult entry area, equipment and ladders, etc.
