Caller reports that today bees started coming into the house thru the fireplace.  I advised  trying citronella candles since this sounds like they have just arrived, but the homeowner seems set on waiting until tomorrow to do the candles.  Hence, they may need an extraction!  They have closed up the firebox with plastic bag and duct tape to keep bees out.

THey know there is a fee involved in doing the work.  1 story house with chimney at peak of roof so you will need a tall ladder to access the top.
