I can go by and take a look in person to see if it can be done.
I looked at the location in the tree and it is above utility lines so I passed on it before. I agree that it is likely too high and not easy to get with a pole a bucket. which I gauge at 20 ft max for me. Thanks for thinking of me...
This one may not be reachable, but it's out there. It's on James street.
